LA Grad Party DJ for Kenter Canyon, Topeka & Aliso Viejo
Well it took me almost a year to get these images up (next round of our LA Grad party DJ are already coming up real soon!) but if you want to watch what Tasty Tunes, Cool Kids and good planning will get you… then enjoy. This was our 5th Event for the Kenter Canyon Elementary Charter School, our 2nd Event for Jane Kluck and Aliso Viejo Middle School and our 1st one for Evette Knight and Topeka Elementary in Northridge. Feel free to forward this link to the other parents, nothing like watching your kid getting his or her groove on.
One question I hear plenty is how do you and your team connect so well with the kids. My answer is that we always treat the kids like fun little adults. If we can’t or don’t have a song that we can play, we explain it to them one on one. No one likes their request to be ignored, and little kids don’t like it either. Explain it to them and ask for a better alternative or different choice and then they feel heard. We try to get everyone’s request, but it’s not possible, so get them on your side and work to a fun solution.
High School’s don’t need any games, but if your not doing a game or 2 with Middle School (they try to be cool too, or Elementary Schools you are going to have problems. This age range doesn’t have the attention span to pay attention to a whole song or even dance for more than 2-3 songs. So having contests are a must to keep everyone engaged and not getting into trouble… and really easy for us . Every one of our DJs are ready with about 10 games in their head, and I have about 30.
