Celebs Sweet Jellybean Video

Sometimes I come across something so creative like this celebs sweet jellybean video and I just have to step back and breathe. Can you imagine coming home after working your hard job and getting back to work on your video project that is this complicated. Kina Grannis, 26 did just that with this video using 288,000 jelly beans and a concept idea by director Greg Jardin. Production was very intense for each of the 2,460 individual frames, and a crew had to build a jelly bean portrait out of thousands of jelly beans which Grannis would then lay down on a piece of glass mounted over the jelly beans, check it out.

Then check out YouTube star Kina Grannis‘ spent 22 months working on the stop-motion video, which features 2,460 individual frames, each of which took anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to arrange. For an even greater appreciation of the hard work Grannis put into her new video, check out this fascinating behind-the-scenes clip, too:

When most youtube artists are just phoning it in it’s great to see someone really  putting in the work and making a unique well thought out project. In a web-world motivated by get-popular-quick stunts and slapped-together cover songs, the most impressive clips are still the ones that take time, effort, and true creativity to produce. This reminds me of the Sledgehammer video that Peter Gabriel put out in the 80’s which is still the best example of this type of work and is still one of the best video’s of all time.

Kina Grannis’s earned over 10 million views for her last video, “Valentine,” and she deserves the attention she’ll be getting for “In My Arms” as well. The topper to this Sweet Jellybean Video video is that the song is really great, and I will definitely add it to the Tasty Sounds play-lists.
